Practicing in

Bio

David Jack graduated from the Washburn University School of Law in May 2010 and returned to Martin Pringle, where he clerked for a summer – this time as an associate attorney.  David brings a strong business background to his legal practice.  Before attending law school, David worked in the financial services industry, earned an M.B.A., and passed the Series 6, Series 7, and Series 24 securities licensure exams.  David’s decision to become a practicing attorney, rather than maintain active FINRA licensure, came about when he assisted the legal department of the investment firm for which he worked on regulatory compliance matters.  Since joining Martin Pringle, David’s legal practice has focused on Business Law, Banking Law, and Creditor’s Rights.  In addition, he has experience in Real Estate Law and Insurance Defense.
