Bio

Greg Drumright may be best known in Wichita as a former relief pitcher for the Wichita State Shockers baseball team.  Within Wichita’s legal and business communities, however, Greg is becoming known as a skilled litigation attorney.  Greg represents business clients in commercial litigation matters, including construction law, products liability, agricultural law, contract disputes, and general commercial liability matters.  Growing up in Valley Center (just north of Wichita), playing for the Shockers, and practicing with Martin Pringle since his 2002 graduation from law school, Greg knows the Wichita community and understands the legal needs of its business people.

Construction Litigation

Greg represents developers, homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers on a wide range of construction law matters.  He handles claims of defective building materials, construction and workmanship, as well as contract claims arising from building construction projects.  Greg also represents clients with respect to mechanics lien filings and lien foreclosures, and advises clients on construction-related contract issues.  He has represented plaintiffs and defendants, and has experience in both residential and commercial construction matters.

Agricultural Law

Greg’s agricultural law practice includes representing farming cooperatives throughout Kansas and Oklahoma in litigation matters stemming from the application and distribution of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides, and their effect on crop yields.  As part of his experience in products liability and contract matters, Greg also handles claims of defective products, such as cattle feed, herbicides, and propane tanks.

Products Liability

Greg has an active practice in products liability, representing Martin Pringle clients in products liability actions brought throughout the United States.  Greg’s experience includes representing aircraft manufacturers and aircraft components manufacturers, distributors and service facilities in wrongful death, personal injury and property damage claims.  He has also represented other industries in liability litigation pertaining to their products, including agricultural products, building materials and equipment, and orthopedic equipment.

Commercial Litigation

Greg represents business clients in a variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, insurance defense, and general commercial liability actions.  His clients include aviation businesses, agricultural enterprises, developers, contractors, and other clients in a broad range of commercial disputes.  He has participated in litigation in state and federal court, as well as mediations and arbitrations of various commercial cases.

Greg is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Trial Academy, Stanford Law School.
