Mark Lippelmann joined Martin Pringle as an associate after graduating from Washburn University School of Law in the spring of 2009. Growing up in Lyons, Kansas, Mark was immersed in the car dealership that has been in his family for four generations. This experience has given Mark a ground-level view of the challenges facing today's small and family-owned businesses, including creditors’ rights issues, contract enforcement, and regulatory compliance. While in law school, Mark gained significant experience in the legal research and writing required for excellent advocacy, serving as Comments Editor for the Washburn Law Journal and as a research assistant for the director of the school's research and writing program. Mark’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including commercial and contract litigation, products liability, energy law matters, and insurance defense.
