Bio

Bill Oliver is one of the country’s leading aviation and product liability lawyers.  For more than 40 years, he has represented aircraft and aircraft-components manufacturers and other aviation related businesses in products liability actions and in related civil and commercial litigation matters.  He represents aviation clients in products liability cases throughout the United States and internationally.  Bill has been named to International Who's Who of Aviation Lawyers.

Products Liability

Bill has participated as counsel in product liability cases filed in the United Kingdom, France, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines among other nations.
