Our standard partnership track for new law school graduates is five to six years. For lateral hires, the partnership track varies depending on the individual's experience and circumstances.
Although the focus of Martin Pringle's attorney recruitment is its summer clerk program, we are open to accepting resumes from skilled and dedicated attorneys who are already in practice.
