Workers compensation law affects all employers, and Martin Pringle attorneys represent numerous major self-insured organizations, as well as third-party administrators and insurance companies. Our diverse client base provides us with the capabilities of understanding and complimenting different claim handling philosophies and developing defenses which are both aggressive and consistent for each company.

When defending claims, our focus is to take a proactive approach and when a claim results in litigation, we defend it through all administrative and appellate levels. We understand cost is also a concern for our clients, and we strive to provide the best representation possible within our clients' financial needs. In addition to defending claims, Martin Pringle also strives to stay abreast of those issues which affect employers and insurance companies through the firm's affiliation with the Kansas Self-Insurance Association, as well as the Wichita Employers Task Force Committee. These organizations provide employer lobbying support, as well as employer information sharing. Martin Pringle attorneys are also actively involved in other organizations such as the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), Workers' Compensation and Employee Liability Committee.
