Raised in Kansas City, Brendan returned to his hometown to practice law after graduating from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. Brendan’s love of litigation began while he clerked at two large D.C. law firms, assisting in complex health care, pharmaceutical multi-district litigation, and antitrust suits. After working in the law school’s legal clinic and participating in moot court competition judged by a U.S. Supreme Court justice in D.C., Brendan’s ultimate goal of getting into the courtroom was set.
Brendan practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, products liability, insurance defense, health law, and employment law matters including workers compensation. He is the ABA Young Lawyer Division’s Liaison to the Standing Committee on Technology and Information Systems. In his spare time, Brendan plays for the Kansas City Blues rugby club.
