Family comes first for Cassie Routh. Growing up in the family business in Wamego, Kansas and as one of five children, Cassie learned at an early age that the way to get through conflict was to focus on finding resolution. She began working in the family business at the age of 10, trying to learn everything there was to know about the business. Her protective personality and laid back demeanor often landed her in positions where she was helping to make business decisions. She loved working together with members of her family to plan for the future. Cassie completed her bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting at Kansas State University and went on to complete her J.D. at Pepperdine University School of Law, where she earned a Straus Dispute Resolution certificate. Cassie is still focused on families, shaping her legal practice to support them through estate planning & elder law and divorce & family law, employment law, as well as mediation and dispute resolution.
