Meet Phil
Phil has enjoyed a life-long love of learning and always knew law school was in his future. After earning a degree in secondary education from Kansas State University, he received his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. He started his career working for several years as a litigator for two different national firms before refocusing his practice on helping individuals and families with estate planning and estate administration. Phil invests the time and possesses the skills to guide individuals through the process of protecting their families’ futures. He works with clients to reach their probate avoidance and asset protection goals, and assists them with their estate planning needs by drafting documents, such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives. Phil is licensed in Kansas and Missouri and a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, the Johnson County Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Originally from Douglass, Kansas, Phil is available to assist clients from our Overland Park and Kansas City offices as well as in El Dorado and Wichita.
