Bill has participated as counsel in product liability cases filed in the United Kingdom, France, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, among other nations. He is well-versed in the defenses applicable to those cases, including those available under the General Aviation Revitalization Act (GARA), the government contractor defense, and procedural issues such as jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. Bill has worked in product liability insurance renewals for 40 years.
