Meet Ashley
Ashley Morgan serves as an estate planning, estate administration/probate, business, and tax attorney, working directly with her clients to create and maintain customized estate plans to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes, and creditors. In addition to estate planning, Ashley advises individuals and business owners on business matters, providing practical legal guidance across the full lifecycle of a business. Her approach is informed not only by her legal experience but also by growing up in and around a family-owned business in the Kansas City metro.
With over 10 years of experience in the legal services industry, Ashley offers her clients a comprehensive planning experience. She has served clients from many backgrounds with varying net worth and has experience in disability and special needs planning. In addition to her extensive estate planning experience, Ashley also previously served as in-house counsel for a local university, where she focused on transactional and business-related matters.
Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Latin American Politics and Spanish from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She received both her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation degrees from the University of Missouri - Kansas City and was a finalist in the American Bar Association Law School Tax Challenge.
Ashley enjoys astronomy, watching stand-up comedy, and following orders from her imperious dogs, Trudy and Barry.
