GoodWorks logoOUR COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITY

Over the past 70 years, Martin Pringle has established a legacy of community involvement. This commitment makes us stronger as a firm, and it also creates meaningful opportunities for us to give back to our communities and our profession. We are committed to volunteering our time, financial resources and professional expertise, while also supporting organizations dedicated to the arts, civic involvement, philanthropic endeavors, non-profit board service, civil rights, faith, cause-related organizations, education, organizations who focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as other worthy causes that contribute to the well-being of the communities in which we live and work.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Public service plays a significant role at Martin Pringle. In 2015, Martin Pringle created a GoodWorks committee. This group of attorneys and staff are responsible for helping identify and create volunteer opportunities for our organization to volunteer as a team. Whether we are stuffing backpacks at the Kansas Food Bank, picking up trash along the river, volunteering in our public school system through the Pando Initiative, granting a wish through Make-A-Wish, or raising funds in support of those in need, Martin Pringle is committed to our tradition of strong corporate citizenship. By the end of 2020, Martin Pringle’s GoodWorks volunteers had volunteered more than 2,000 hours.

By doing pro bono work, serving on community-based boards and committees, mentoring, and making charitable donations, members of our firm participate actively in the community in different ways. We believe community involvement is an important part of our personal and professional responsibilities.
