Missouri Lawyers Media has named MP partner Brian Gardiner to its 2026 Power List for medical malpractice litigation attorneys. One of only 22 attorneys included in the list, Gardiner is honored to be included in this experienced group of both plaintiff and defense lawyers. Gardiner has practiced in medical malpractice defense for nine years, representing doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare providers across Kansas and Missouri. His work spans the full range of malpractice claims as well as administrative proceedings, board investigations, premises liability claims and health law matters. He also represents medical practitioners before their respective licensing boards.
