Martin Pringle Attorney Appointed as a Member of the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys

Congratulations to Martin Pringle Attorney, Terry Mann, on being appointed as a member of the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys by the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas.

The Kansas Disciplinary Administrator's Office is a state agency in the judicial branch working under the direction of the Kansas Supreme Court. The Disciplinary Administrator reviews complaints of misconduct against lawyers, conducts investigations, holds public hearings when appropriate, and recommends discipline to the Supreme Court in serious matters.  The Board for Discipline of Attorneys consists of twenty lawyers who practice in various parts of the state.

Terry joined Martin Pringle in 1986 and focuses her practice on employment law and appellate practice matters.  She defends employers, both large and small, in court and before various regulatory and administrative bodies. She has previously served on the Kansas Board of Law Examiners, the Washburn University School of Law Board of Governors, and on the Editorial Advisory Committee of the Bar Examiner Magazine. Terry has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Kansas Super Lawyers, and as a leading lawyer in the field of Employment Discrimination Defense by Chambers USA.
