Insurance Defense
Martin Pringle's insurance defense practice involves representation of national and regional carriers, their insureds, and self-insured entities, in a wide variety of insurance matters. On behalf of insureds, the firm's trial attorneys litigate vehicle accident claims (including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims), premises liability, construction claims, employment litigation and other casualty loss litigation. We represent national and regional carriers in a wide variety of litigation matters, including bad faith claims and coverage disputes.
Martin Pringle knows how to be successful in the defense of these claims and how to do so in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Our experience gives us a unique ability to craft targeted, effective and cost-efficient defense strategies for all types of claims. Our experience also allows for knowledgeable and accurate evaluation of the exposure involved, whether early settlement should be attempted, and whether other alternative dispute resolution strategies are warranted.
