Martin Pringle Elects Terry Malone Managing Partner

Martin Pringle recently held their annual management elections and have elected Terry Malone (Wichita) Managing Partner of the firm.

Terry Malone joined Martin Pringle in 1982 after graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law and has spent his entire career at Martin Pringle. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters including real estate and construction law. Terry was elected partner and first served on the firm's Executive Committee in 1987, while serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee for more than 17 years.

Terry succeeds Stan Smith, who served as Managing Partner for six years. Smith remains a partner at Martin Pringle and will return to the full-time practice of law.

Additionally, Martin Bauer (Wichita) and Zach Wiggins (Wichita) were newly elected to the Executive Committee while Dennis Wetta (Wichita) and Lora Jennings Mizell (Overland Park) will serve the second year of their terms.
