Welcoming Our Newest Attorneys

Martin Pringle is proud to announce the association of our newest attorneys! Welcome to Kip Kubin, Will Nulton, Claudia Tran and Michelle Moe Witte.

Kip Kubin practices in our Overland Park office and is admitted to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. He has been practicing law in the Kansas City area since 1983. Kip’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense.Throughout his career, Kip has represented clients through all phases of litigation involving jury and court trials on both the state and federal levels, as well as administrative courts, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the National Indian Gaming Commission, and has even dealt with the NCAA. He has extensive experience not only in workers’ compensation but also in employment litigation, Native American law, and personal injury cases.Kip is a Fellow of the College of Workers Compensation Lawyers and serves on its Board of Governors. He is a former member of the Board of Governors for the Kansas Bar Association and former president of the Johnson County Bar Association. He has an AV rating in Martindale Hubbell, and has been listed in both the Super Lawyers list and the Best Lawyers in America list.

Will Nulton is a Kansas City, Missouri native and practices in our Kansas City, Missouri office. He attended the University of Kansas as an undergrad, followed by the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, graduating in 2017. He focuses his practice on business and estate planning, and banking law, as well as litigation matters including employment lawproducts liability and insurance defense.

Claudia Tran graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 2017 and started as an associate attorney in Martin Pringle’s Overland Park office after clerking with the firm. While Claudia is still passionate about the public education system, she has broadened her legal interests to include a practice focusing on business and estate planningbanking law, and civil and commercial litigation matters including, employment lawinsurance defense and products liability.

Michelle Moe Witte attended Wichita State University, followed by Washburn University school of law and practices in our Wichita office, focusing her practice on civil & commercial litigation, as well as employment law matters. She is an accomplished trial lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation, and is a trusted, strategic legal advisor, and has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in state and federal court and before various administrative agencies. Her clients include non-profit organizations, small businesses, and corporations.Michelle is also an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, and the Wichita Bar Association.
